DAY ONE

You will learn how to segment your present clients, analyze and learn from them. We will work on your Account Management Skills, to ensure that you are successful within your Account Management role. Account Management will become a very natural process, through which you can expand cooperation with your clients, deliver more value to them and generate more revenue for your company. Account Management is not about calling your clients and ensuring that “all goes fine and they will contact you when they have a new project”. It is in fact something totally different. Join us for the event to learn about it! And because you already have clients and thus the upsell and growth opportunities - you will love this day!
The second day of this event will focus on New Sales.

DAY TWO

14/06/2023
Some people say - selling is magic. Many others (huge majority, in fact) sell by saying they provide superior quality at a very affordable price. We will show that sales skills can be learnt, and that each of you can become a great salesperson. The sales person that feels comfortable while talking to clients and that knows how to win contracts that also generate a good profit margin for your business.Join us for this event, and start selling like you never did before!
This day is dedicated to defining the whole Revenue Strategy.

DAY THREE

15/06/2023
We will combine the learnings about Account Management and Winning New Clients and will use it to generate the Revenue Plan for future and the strategy of achieving it.You will learn how to build the team that can execute your strategy, how to define the metrics that will allow you to monitor your progress towards successfully hitting your targets and how to align your whole team in the way you communicate, sell and deliver value to your clients.Join us for the event - and take your Revenue Strategy to the next level!

Andrzej Nedoma is the Co-founder and ex-CEO of XTRF Management Systems, a global translation management platform provider for translation companies, in-house corporate language departments, and public organizations. XTRF helps hundreds of translation and localization agencies in over 30 countries to leverage their potential.

Andrzej Nedoma has been building his translation industry expertise since 1996 as a co-owner, business development manager and later Managing Director of a leading Central European translation company LIDO-LANG Specialized Translations which was eventually sold in 2016 to one of the global leaders in the translation and localization industry – SeproTec Multilingual Solutions from Spain.

In 2021 he sold XTRF to K1 Investment Management, the Private Equity fund based in Los Angeles, USA.

Now, Andrzej supports various businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide as their Business Advisor, Mentor and Accountability Partner.

Throughout his career, Andrzej has developed a reputation for his ability to see the bigger picture and create effective strategies that drive results. He has worked with numerous clients worldwide and across a wide range of industries – localization, technology, manufacturing, retail, hospitality.
